Excalibur

Weer een foto vanuit Las Vegas, dit keer het hotel Excalibur. Met als thema natuurlijk King Arthur. De meestse kennen het verhaal van het zwaard (Excalibur) misschien wel. Dit werd tijdens een veldslag is een rots/steen gestoken en die gene die het er weer uit kreeg zou koning van Engeland worden. Dit werd met de hulp van Merlijn King Arthur.

Een erg leuk hotel van de buitenkant, maar van binnen erg saai.

And there’s another photo out of Las Vegas. This time the hotel Excalibur, the theme of the hotel is off course King Arthur. Most of you know the story of the sword (Excalibur), the sword was put into a stone and the person how pulled the sword out of the stone became the king of England.

The hotel is very nice outside but inside it is a bit boring.

New York New York

Frank Sinatra zong ooit over New York:  ´´If I can make it there, I´m gonna make it anywhere´´. Dat dachten ze in Las Vegas vast ook. Ze hadden New York daar niet, dus bouwden ze het maar na. Met een hotel en casino er in natuurlijk. Leuk detail is dat er een achtbaan door het hotel heen loopt.

Like Frank Sinatra once sang about New York: ´´If I can make it there, I´m gonna make it anywhere´´. They though this also in Las Vegas. They didn’t have a New York there so they build one, with a Hotel – Casino in it. Nice detail, there is a rollercoaster in the Hotel.

Las Vegas Boulevard

Dit is dus de beroemde Strip, Las Vegas Boulevard is de straat waar je moet zijn in Las Vegas. Hier liggen alle grote casino’s . En jullie zien het goed, je ziet de Eiffeltoren. Ze hebben deze nagebouwd bij het hotel Paris.

This is the famous Strip, Las Vegas Boulevard is the place to be in Las Vegas. All the mayor hotels in the city are on the boulevard. You even see the Eiffel Tower, they build a small one at the Paris hotel.

MGM Grand

Door de vele leuke reactie op Luxor heb ik deze foto geplaatst. Dit is de MGM Grand, het grootste hotel ter wereld en het grootste casino van Las Vegas. Het thema van dit hotel is, zoals de naam al zegt MGM en de films er van.  De grote leeuw op de foto is het symbool van de maatschappij.

Because of the nice reactions on Luxor, I placed this photo. This is the MGM Grand, the largest hotel in the world and the biggest casino in Las Vegas. The theme of this hotel is, according to the name MGM and the movies of them. The big lion on the photo is the symbol of MGM.

Luxor

Met de reis door de Verenigde Staten kan je Las Vegas niet vergeten natuurlijk.  Dit was ons hotel, Luxor, met het thema Egypte.

When you are on holidya in the United States you cannot forget Las Vegas. This was our hotel, Luxor, with Egypt as theme.
